Chloe Blue Butterfly Sunglasses
THE BILLIE COLLECTION
Dark blue butterfly frames with brown gradient lenses, introduced in Chloe's Spring/Summer 2021 collection. These are part of the Billie collection, a sophisticated new vintage-inspired concept. Frames from the Billie family are made in innovative bio-polyamide, and feature elegantly oversized styles with intricate 3D braiding adorning the temples; reminiscent of fairytale hairstyles, and luxe plaited leather. The classically elegant Chloe logo is featured as a subtle metal print on the left temple, while both temple tips feature the signature teardrop cutout, providing both aesthetic appeal, and the option to attach Chloe eyewear jewellery.
The Maison Chloé was founded in 1952 by Gaby Aghion, an Egyptian-born Parisienne who wanted to liberate women’s bodies from the stiffly formal fashion of the time through a luxury ready-to-wear offering. Since its inception, the Maison has entrusted a succession of emerging talents to support and carry on Chloé’s mission: Karl Lagerfeld, Stella McCartney, Phoebe Philo, Hannah MacGibbon, Natacha Ramsay-Levi, and now, Gabriela Hearst. Through the luxury eyewear offering, Chloé proposes singular styles characterized by bold and colourful forms.
