Dolce & Gabbana revealed their women's eyewear collection, featuring Miss Kylie Jenner, as she showcased their latest frames in a dimly-lit pool area. In typical Dolce & Gabbana style, intricate lace detailing had to be featured somewhere, so Kylie was dressed in a black, sheer lace, floor-length gown with a pair of thin, minimal heels of the same shade. The mysterious pool setting helped to capture each design as they contrasted perfectly against the blue reflections in the background. While Kylie played her part in showcasing the feminine side of D&G's latest eyewear collection, Michele Morrone unveiled the new D&G Eyewear Collection For Him. While some designs are unisex, such as the ‘Elastic’ range, Morrone wore additional models that were more masculine, such as sleek aviator, round, and oversized frames, whilst the women's collection focuses primarily on rectangular and cat-eye frames.
For those unaware of Michele Morrone, he is a rising star in the entertainment industry. His breakthrough role was in the 2020 Netflix film "365 Days", which catapulted him to international fame. However, in addition to his acting talent, Morrone has also made a name for himself as a fashion icon and influencer due to his impeccable sense of style and his striking good looks. Since his rise to fame, he has become a sought-after model for luxury fashion brands, featuring in campaigns for major labels including Gucci, Chopard, Guess, and of course, Dolce & Gabbana. His embodiment of the modern man - rugged, confident, and unapologetically stylish, influences individuals worldwide, as fans look at him for inspiration and guidance on how to dress with confidence and style.
For those who don't know, this isn't Morrone's first rodeo with the Italian luxury house. He started working with the brand in 2020 for their summer campaign set in Naples, Italy, and from the worldwide response, D&G knew that having Morrone as the face of D&G was an immediate success. Fast forward three years, and Morrone is still assisting Dolce & Gabbana on the path to incredible success.
Morrone’s campaign was set in the same stunning location as Jenner’s, as the model sported a black fitted trouser suit paired with a white shirt, and topped with a bowtie. His hair was also pushed back to keep all attention on the frames. Dolce & Gabbana continue to wow us with their high-end and glamorous aesthetic within their campaigns - particularly for eyewear.
