Reykjavik Eyes was conceived by Icelandic frame designer Gunnar Gunnarsson. He worked at his parent’s opticians in Iceland as a child. He loved spending his summer holidays replacing lost screws and working on broken glasses. This work spurred Gunnar to design his own frames and thus, Reykjavik Eyes was born. Each pair of glasses are expertly designed in Iceland and then crafted in Italy. They are made from beta-titanium. The glasses unbelievably lightweight, screwless and hypoallergenic. Totally durable, Reykjavik Eyes glasses are some of the lightest and strongest frames ever made, meanwhile remaining comfortable, stylish and durable.
