We suggest you open your order from us when it first arrives, inspect the frame and ensure it is suitable for gifting. In the unlikely event there are any issues with your eyewear then please get in touch with us as soon as possible so we can help rectify the issue.

 

If you are considering buying someone prescription eyewear for their Christmas, we recommend you purchase our 'frame only' option or opt to 'email your prescription later'. Once the receiver of the gift has tried the eyewear, and is happy with your choice, you can arrange with our team to have prescription lenses fitted. Otherwise you may not receive a full refund when returning glasses fitted with prescription lenses [as these are a customised item].

What is your return policy for eyeglasses or contact lenses ordered as Christmas gifts, and how does it work during the festive period?

 

Our return policy remains the same during the festive period. All returns must be received in excellent, unworn condition, cleaned, and unmarked, with all cases, tags, and associated paperwork included. It's important not to remove the tag attached to your sunglass frame until you are certain you wish to keep the model, as removing the tag will make your return ineligible. We kindly request that you repack the eyewear you're returning carefully inside the case and box, just as you received it.

We understand that gift-giving during the holiday season may require a more extended return period. To accommodate this, we have extended our return period to January 15th, 2024, rather than our usual 28-day return policy.

Can the person I am gifting to, return their eyewear if they do not like the model?

 

Yes, the person you are gifting to can return the eyewear if they do not like the model.

To initiate the return, they should contact us by email and provide the order number, preferably along with the email address the order was placed with (all of this information can be found on the invoice included with the gift).
For refunds, the amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase. However, if the recipient of the gift prefers, we can arrange a refund in the form of store credit or a gift card so they can choose something else on the site.
