If June and July were all about summer parties, premieres, sporting spectacles, and red carpets, August signals something altogether different. With the summer calendar easing, celebrities are splitting their time between well-earned escapes in some of the world’s most desirable destinations and getting back to work on new productions. While the paparazzi continue catching A-listers in holiday mode, filming sets and production schedules are also giving us plenty of fresh celebrity sightings; and, of course, new eyewear moments to spot.

With MotoGP in Great Britain and Aragon, the Dutch Grand Prix, and the US Open arriving later in the month, August still promises plenty of stylish sporting moments. Until then, let's dive into the latest celebrity glasses and sunglasses sightings that have caught our attention.

Week 1

August began with Georgina Rodríguez sharing a glimpse of family life through Instagram from an undisclosed island getaway with Cristiano Ronaldo and their children.

She wore the black Tiffany & Co. TF4242D 8001/D9 oval sunglasses with light blue lenses, echoing the jewellery house's signature Tiffany Blue.

Football star Erling Haaland, who dominated headlines throughout the 2026 World Cup, also took to Instagram on 1 August to share a photo alongside basketball icon Michael Jordan.

On 2 August in Toronto, Canada, Heated Rivalry stars Connor Storrie and Hudson Williams were spotted filming the highly anticipated second season of the hit series.

Connor returned to the tortoise Saint Laurent SL 83 002 Wayfarer-shaped sunglasses he previously wore at Grammy Awards after-party this year, while Hudson chose the black Gentle Monster Fata 01 optical glasses.

Little is known about the upcoming series so far, although it is reportedly set to centre on a workplace thriller. The series is created by Emmy Award winner Alex Cary, who previously co-created Homeland and A Spy Among Friends.
